Bob is a 4th generation native of the Miami Valley. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from General Motors Engineering and Management Institute. He holds the designation of Certified Residential Specialist, which includes only 4% of all real estate agents nationally, and is an Accredited Buyers Representative. Bob has also been awarded with the Award of Distinction from both the Ohio Association of Realtors and the Dayton Area Board of Realtors. He is ranked in the top 2% of all agents in the Miami Valley and has been recognized as a Top Relocation Specialist. Bob has been involved in Dayton Real Estate as an investor or agent for over 20 years.
